The organizations which have the Certificate for Agent of Project Bid Invitation (Class-A) are able to undertake the project of all the civil engineering, construction engineering, circuitry and pipe, and equipment installation, as well as the exploration, design, construction and supervision of the fitting-out works. They can also provide the procuration of the equipment and materials procurement biddings relevant to the construction.
