In December, 2006, Harbin Power System Engineering and Research Institute of MMBI (CHPI) obtained the qualification certificate of equipment supervision authorized by State General Administration for Quality Supervision and National Development and Reform Committee, which indicates that CHPI has edged into the advanced ranks of equipment supervision in China. Its capacity of quality control, professional management and implementing has been recognized by related government departments and the market competitiveness has been greatly improved.
