Recently, Beijing Scientech International Project Management Co.,Ltd. (abbr. Scientch), a subsidiary of CNECC, and Shenyang-Fushun Demonstration Zone Development and Investment Group (hereinafter referred to as "SFDZDIG") successfully signed two contracts for whole process engineering consultation services in respect of Shenyang Shenyang-Fushun New Area Military-Civilian Integration Building Project and Science & Technology Innovation Building Project, leading its development in the field of the whole process engineering consultation services!

In the wake of strategic cooperation agreement between SFDZDIG and CNEEC, and with rich experience, high quality service and its good reputation in Northeast China Region, Scientech  took the lead with many competitors and finally won the contracts under the name of the consortium by Beijing Scientech International Project Management Co.,Ltd. and China Electric Design And Research Institute Co., Ltd.
