Hanpingzui Hydropower Plant is located on the Baishui River in the south of Gansu province. The water head of the plant is 44m and the plant is equipped with three francis turbine generator units, 24 000KW/unit. CNEEC was the general EPC contractor.

With our strict organization and reasonable management, the first unit generated electricity in July, 2005, one month ahead of the schedule. At the end of 2005, all the three units were launched into production.
