Huanghuaguang project Phase 1 of Shenhua Group Corporation Limited had two 50000t berth, one 35000t berth, transporting 30million ton coal per year. CNEEC was awarded the construction of Huanghuagang Substation by international tendering. The substation was put into service in May, 2001.
