With an overall floorage of 710,000m2, the Oak Bay Project of Qinghe, Beijing is constructed as a high-quality residence with sufficient facilities of commerce, sports and recreation, including a residential area of 560,000m2, a commercial center of 20,000m2 and other facilities of 20,000m2.

As one of the large projects of residence construction, the project won the gold award of Beijing Structural Great Wall Cup and was awarded the title of Beijing Model Site of Quality and Security in 2007.
