Huarun Center of Shenyang covers 336000m², and is 220m high. It is a comprehensive and super high-rise building, gathering the function of office building, five-star hotel and luxury apartment. After the completion, more and more well-known banks and consortiums would establish their agents in Huarun center which would surely become landmarks of Shenyang.

During the supervision of thi project, the government leaders of Liaoning province and Shenyang municipal leaders inspected the site for several times and appraised highly the work of CNEEC. The site was awarded advanced unit of site supervision in 2008 in the district Heping of Shenyang.
