Renovation for Commercial Building C at 23, West part of Zhongguancun (abbr. ECM Zhongguancun) is invested by Group ECM in Czech. It is located in the center of Zhongguancun, Silicon Valley of China, and it is composed of two buildings, covering an area of 112600m2. One of the two buildings is a top-grade office building and hotel, and the other is a large modern plaza.

CNEEC is in charge of project management, construction and supervision of the whole project, from project declaring to completion.
