This is the officials residence of Ministry of Foreign Affairs which covers 408000m² and is invested 770million RMB. It is a single commercial structure composed of 12 buildings, joined together by a two-floor underground parking. Each of the 12 buildings has 18 to 24 floors. This is the first project that CNEEC took charge of the project management during whole course, including pre-procedures, design control, biding agency, cost consultation, construction management, construction supervision, acceptance and sales of buildings. It is a pioneering project to CNEEC.

This project started on December of 2006 and was successfully completed on November of 2008. No. 3, 5 and 10 buildings were recommended by the expert group as Golden Cap of Great Wall Cap, and other buildings also passed the acceptance testing, with a quality equal to Great Wall Cap.

During the construction, this project pass Beijing civilized and safe site acceptance for two times and is the largest civilized and safe site in Beijing so far. It is selected by expert group as an example site.
