1. Project Background
Latest years, India values energy industry highly, and transfers from whole imported sets to own made. It is necessary to bring in more advanced technology and equipments. Being the biggest private company in India, CVL adopted WTEC production after rounds of worldwide investigation and communication with WTEC, subsidiary of CNEEC.
After years of research and development, WTEC is a company which could provide advanced welding production line and special equipments in four boiler major parts: membrane panel wall, serpentuator, header, steam drum. And production is more cost-effective.

2. Project Basic Situations
WTEC, one of the subsidiaries of CNEEC, signed 24 contracts with CVL in one year, and the total value exceeds 100 million RMB. These contracts includes Serpentuator Production Line (TIG+MIG Straight tube butt welding machine, NC Dual- Direction and Radius Boosting Tube Bender machine), Membrane Panel Production Line(Fin bar uncoiler, calibrating , cutting, polishing, MPM/SAW and panel bending machine), Narrow Gap SAW welding machine, Circumferential Seam TIG/SAW Welding Machine, Header Nozzle SAW welding machine and Innerbore Welding machine etc.

3. Significance
This is the first time an Indian company brings in welding special equipment and production line for boiler manufacture from China. These productions will raise the production capacity and production quality in Indian boiler industry. It will be of great importance for Indian energy development undoubtedly.
