Efficient Dust Removal and Desulfurization Integrated Equipment

The dust and SO2, which come from coal combustion, is the main pollutant to atmospheric environment in China. It has a great impact on human health and the corrosive dust bring the serious hazard to building and plant growth. At the same time, acid rain caused by coal combustion creates graver harm increased year by year; the area get expanding and pollution get serious. Most of actual industrial boilers with low impact dust removal equipments, and the effect of fine dust collection is poor, excessive pollutants on SO2. So the development of dust removal and wet desulfurization equipment with efficient fine dust capture in great significance.

By the research, in view of detail type of boiler, the desulfurization and dust removal equipment is further studied in adaptability and optimize the structural parameters. Carry out pilot-scale test on performance and system resistance of the equipment. Carry out research on anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion technology for inside of pilot-scale equipment, select temperature and wear-resistant anti-corrosion coatings. The project design and industrial test will be conducted according to the actual situation that will offer the data for series design. The industrialization will be achieved for industrial production enterprises step by step.

Core technology: This kind of equipment have unique structure and good effect that with three swirls, multiple tower plate and efficient spray and mixing of desulfurizer.
The arrangement of swirl plates in inside barrel of main tower and secondary tower at flue gas tangential entrance is based on the features of flue gas, determine the stage number of swirl plates in the inside barrel of main tower and secondary tower, the swirl plates have the optimal plate type, elevation and installation angle. The flue gas mixes and contacts with desulfurizer sufficiently for many times, thus achieve efficient dust removal and desulfurization results so as to meet the requirement of efficient dust removal and desulfurization.

The flue gas after dust removal and desulfurization stage will pass through the dehydration swirl plate to meet the emission requirements, and discharged by IDF and chimney. The dust effluent flows along the tower wall, and will be discharged by overflow into the circulation water pond. Then it would be cycle used after settling and clarification, the precipitated ash will be discharged by bucket elevator.
Innovation: the equipment adopts many techniques, i.e. double swirl, impact, swirl plate. The flue gas from boiler exit tangentially enters secondary tower, pass through two layer of swirl sets into inner tower from bottom to top, then the flue gas strike water surface by inner tower and than enter the outer tower tangentially upward, thus realize double swirl and water film impacting functions, and it is the innovation on structure.

CNEEC use the advanced technology of other countries for reference to develop this kind of integrated efficient dust removal and desulfurization equipment with double swirl, impact and swirl plate, carry out a great deal of mechanism researches and small-scale and pilot-scale tests, and then develop the efficient dust removal desulfurization integrated equipment, that is efficient, less resistance loss, low operating costs, compact and affordable. We also made considerable progress and innovation. The main economic and technical indexes of this new environment-friendly equipment have cost performance than other similar equipments. It can be used in small and medium-sized industrial boilers and enlarged to medium-capacity utility boiler gradually.
