Environment-friendly Energy-efficient Pyrolysis and Gasification of Refuse Incinerator

China is in the second stage of environmental development, and the stage is the phase of increasing environmental pollution. The domestic garbage and industrial waste so serious that causing great environment and ecological damage. Foreign environment-friendly garbage pyrolysis incinerator are expensive and can not be used on all kinds of garbage. So the our top priority should develop a new equipment that suitable for national condition which should be low-input, low-cost and practical. The project could make industrial and domestic garbage reduced, hazard-free and recycling. And decomposing the dioxin completely to achieve the stringent environmental emission standards for pollution settled. In addition, the high-temperature flue gas heat reclaimed by HJF environment-friendly garbage pyrolysis incinerator could be used in production. Then corporation could dispose garbage on the spot and solve production power problem.the production cost will cut down dramatically and the economic and environmental benefits would be considerable.

We determine the research area after organize personnel to research the present situation of all garbage burning and equipments native and foreign. We perfect this project step by step with the technical storage in years national research topics, and also we take in the technology native and foreign and go along with independent development. We also have done a mass of test, numerical simulation and mean test verification.

Key technology : environment-friendly pyrogenation gasification incinerator adopt international advanced air control theory, that separate the burning process into some different stage. It adjust the burning situation pass through air supply in every step to meet efficient burning and low emission pollution. The incinerator is divided into two fireboxes, the garbage enter the first fireboxes in little amount continuously. The garbage come through all stage of heating up, dring, pyrogenation, gasification and solid fuel burn. The temperature will be controlled on 500-600℃ to put into anoxic burning, and no catalyst production of dioxin and reduce the discharge of solids. There would be lots of combustible gas come from the firstly firebox, and the gas will enter the secondary firebox and mixed with air to fire-peroxide. The temperature will be controlled above 1100℃ on exit to decompose all dioxin. Exhaust-heat boiler reclaim the flue gas that come from incinerator, the heat quantity was used in production.


Innovation: adopt the technology of subsection pyrogenation aerification, buring in fireboxes. The garbage will be dried, pyrolysed, burned and take burnout, the anoxic burning will be controlled wholly, control the production of activator which make resynthesis on dioxin.And the garbage enter the secondary fireboxes to peroxide burning to break up dioxin wholly.the gas could meet the exacting standards of the national environmental proection.

The blue swan paper mill on Foshan Hainan Xijiao in Guangdong will built a 30 ton daily demonstration project on papermaking garbage. The customs were so satisfied with the running equipments. The national emission standards on gas and ash emissions, and reclaim the hot flue gas by waste heat boiler, the production of saturation steam with 5t/h 7Mpa. Then it will be put into production of paper mill to get high economy and environment benefit.
