Mr. Li Zhigang and his delegation were warmly received by the Cambodian Ministry of Defense, which assigned several departments, such as the Development Bureau and the Communication Bureau, to work on the projects. The parties have agreed upon the project goals, models of cooperation, and next steps in the MOU through negotiations.

The parties also discussed the viability of cooperation on projects involving big data centers, photovoltaic power generation, and auto factories during this period, and the Chinese team was assembled to visit the sites of the above projects. The parties were committed to upholding a reliable communication system and striving to encourage more cooperation on pertinent projects.
